The Bayelsa State Due Process Bureau held its monthly Thanksgiving service on November 24, 2025. The staff of the Bayelsa State Due Process Bureau who were born in November were celebrated during the event. Pastor Richard Afenfia moderated the Thanksgiving service message, which focused on the theme of “Gratitude.” The message was based on Philippians 4:6-7, Romans 11:36, and Psalm 9:1, which emphasize the importance of being grateful to God in all circumstances. Pastor Richard Afenfia offered prayers for the celebrants, and a toast was made to symbolize grace, followed by the cutting of a cake by the celebrants. The Director General presented gifts to the celebrants, attending Directors, Heads of Departments, staff of the Bureau, and well-wishers who participated in the celebration.
