The Bayelsa State Due Process Bureau held its monthly Thanksgiving Service

The Bayelsa State Due Process Bureau held its monthly Thanksgiving Service at the Bureau’s Conference Hall. The service was a moment of gratitude, reflection, and celebration, with special recognition for staff members born in May.

Pastor Anes Oloye spoke on the topic “Grace” and explained that grace is a gift from God given to mankind through faith, as stated in Ephesians 2:8. He also shared other Bible verses about grace, including Romans 6:14, which says we are under grace and not under the law, and 2 Corinthians 12:9, which says God’s grace is sufficient for us. He encouraged everyone to trust in God completely and build a personal relationship with Him.

Prayers were offered for the celebrants, followed by a toast by Diepreye Onokuma Omubo and a cake-cutting ceremony. Director Genaral also presented gifts to the celebrants, Directors, Heads of Departments, staff, and guests in attendance.

The Thanksgiving Service reflected the Bureau’s commitment to promoting unity, gratitude, and togetherness among members of staff.
