The Bayelsa State Due Process Bureau held its monthly Thanksgiving Service for March on Wednesday, April 2nd, at the Bureau’s Conference Hall, bringing together staff and well-wishers for a time of gratitude, reflection, and celebration. A special highlight of the event was the recognition of staff members born in the month of March.
The service featured an inspiring message delivered by Pastor Anthony Atotu on the theme “The Benefit of Prayer.” Drawing from Matthew 26:36-41, he emphasized the importance of prayer and the need to remain thankful in all circumstances. Following the sermon, Pastor Atotu led prayers for the celebrants, after which a symbolic toast was made, signifying grace. The celebration continued with the cutting of a cake to honor the occasion.
In recognition of the moment, the Director General presented gifts to the celebrants, Directors, Heads of Departments, and other staff members, as well as well-wishers who attended the event. The Thanksgiving Service reaffirmed the Bureau’s commitment to fostering a culture of gratitude and unity among its workforce.
